Best Dressed ⟡ Ever in the most lavish and stylish of clothing, he has a preference for Sharlayan and Ishgardian style attire. You can expect many a high collar, cravat, fitted vest, waist pant, walking coat and so on. Completely unnecessary on a ship as some may say, or-- completely necessary, as he would say.
Bird Man ⟡ He always has a bird with him. It's a brilliant pink parrot of grand size and even grander speech capability. The bird is well behaved yet curious and if its not perched on his shoulder it's probably on someone else's, or finding the best spot to best view the entire room/the most space.
Golden Tresses ⟡ The man's hair is rather long. It reaches near his mid back and is usually untied or very loosely bound in a ribbon over a shoulder. He keeps it surprisingly clean and well managed despite his life on the sea.
Nine-Fingered ⟡ His right hand is missing a pinky finger, which has been replaced with a very decorative and finely crafted prosthetic of gold, shell, and pearl. It has limited range of movement so when playing either instrument its held out straight and away from his instrument.

Family Matters ⟡ Currently Beau is looking for help to deal with some personal matters in Sharlayan and is desperate to find someone(s) to assist him in it. Going back there means a lot of problems for him so once he is there he'll be stuck there a while, depending on how it goes. There are many ways to deal with this problem but without the help he doesn't know his options yet.Shipless ⟡ He'll be looking for a new ship to join the crew of soon enough, best to start looking.Musician ⟡ Should one want some levity and mirth, the man is amiable to playing music, both of the concertina and lyre. He too enjoys singing a ballad or two, but best you ready yourself for the length. Should you be a fellow musician, you'd find his eyes alight quickly, as either talking of music or playing it with a fellow musician is quick to gain his attention and focus.Party Animal ⟡ He's often looking for a dealer for a variety of drugs. It's recreational, he's no addict. Uppers usually, party drugs, but the range is pretty wide and he favours blends. Should your character have anything on them to share or sell, he's got an interest.Ahoy There ⟡ While his occupation to most shall be said as naught more than a navigator, musician, astrologian or cartographer, in truth all these pieces are merely that of the whole: A pirate. There are more than a few ways in which one could find such a thing out were they so inclined. And more than a few ways to make use of the information as well.Care for a Drink? ⟡ While he will never offer to buy you a drink, he will always accept one no matter who offers. Careful though, as there is more than meets the eye in this respect. His tolerance is something of legend amidst his crew and more than once have they used this to play trickery at others in bars. Beware lest you want to lose whatever is in your pockets of docked at the harbour in your name.Can't Abide a Mess ⟡ Beau absolutely hates getting dirty. He is quick to throw a fit and make a scene if he is in any way touched by a mess. And Gods Help You if you are a mess yourself, go away. He is quick to insult and happy to let you know you smell.Cartographer and Crystals ⟡ Should you need a map made, copied, or read, he is happy to assist and is more than likely to do this for free if you share it with him! Maps are endlessly interesting, aren't they? What about glamour crystals? He's gotten rather good at crafting customized ones for the right fee.In the Tower ⟡ Beau has a nasty habit of wanting attention, bad or good. Due to this he tends to lean into possibly troublesome situations, both for the negative attention of it, as well as to be inevitably saved from it- he hopes. It's usually not accidental, but rather unfortunately purposeful.That Bitch ⟡ Beau is forward, blunt, and honest to a fault. He isn't the sort to pander to someone unless given reason, and even then it's rare. Quick to insult, snarl, and sneer, the Sharlayan prefers to be pandered too rather than doing it himself. Haughty and rude, he'll comment on the state of your breath to the unfortunate birthmarks you might have, and doesn't seem to care about the social stigma of his lack of politeness.Yes the Bird Talks ⟡ And knows a few little tricks too. Winslow is known for his many catch phrases and songs, which he does all the time and towards anyone really.Some of which are:
He will come towards you slowly with side steps and lean in before making a 'muah!' sound, as if kissing you. He expects it back. He will likewise do it to you if you do it to him.He likes saying names he's learned and then following it with the sound of a gunshot, or saying "Fight me! (insert name)".Sitting on your shoulder and turning his large beak to rest against your cheek-- and just staying like that.Will cry "Hey you!", get closer, say it again, and then get as close as he can, getting his beak into your ear a little and whisper 'hey you' a third time.Whistle and click. His favorite general sounds to make are a wet mop slapping on a deck, wolf whistle, the sound of a bell, a gunshot, clashing blades, and the soft first wheeze of a concertina/accordion. He makes these all the time.Some words he may say are: "Ahhh- stars are bright!", "Pretty boy, PRETTY boy" which is often followed by a wolf whistle, "OOOOI!", "Get her 'round, Cal!", "No,ME!", "Fight me!".Unfortunately this means he can also learn some less savory things and has thanks to his crew. So should he say something scandalous... well. Apologies abound. I suppose that means you can sit there and dirty up his vocabulary as well, huh?

OOC

Here is some OOC information about my play style and interests, as well as some good times to catch me.I'm interested in All RP, with a preference towards more Mature and Dark plot lines and elements, but I'm pretty game for near all.18+ is also fine by me but it is not the focus of my roleplaying and is treated as a sort of 'it comes up when it comes up' thing.I greatly prefer Lore Adhering roleplay over all. That isn't to say I won't write with more lore bending characters but I try to keep IC things as canon as possible.Walk Ups and Tells are fine by me. I don't mind plotting out an encounter beforehand or doing something unplanned and casual. Roleplay in say, party, and tells are all fine by me. But if you ever are unsure about something, just ask, I'm chill with pounding out specifics and scenes if it works better for the characters involved.If I have my RP TAG up then I'm IC and free to rp. I won't reply ICly if not.I greatly prefer Paragraph style roleplaying and tend to have a difficult time staying interested in one line replies. I'll do my best to mirror you, but if I get wordy, it's just me, don't feel like you have to match.As for when I am Available to RP, it's EST here and I work early mornings, so afternoons around 4-10pm (EST) is best. I also usually have all of Mondays free.If you would like to plan out more outside of game, ask me personally for my discord when you see me online.
